Grande Decor specializes in decoration, but we can do a lot more than that! We can cover most of your wedding services from A to Z. This includes planning and coordination, ceremony and reception decoration, invitations, favours packaging labels, seating chart, welcome sign, guest book, place cards (names of your guest), bouquets, boutonnieres, and much more! Basically, we can take care of over 95% of your aesthetic wedding needs. We do individual services and all-in-one packages. If you get an all-in-one package, we will cover almost everything you need for your wedding, so you don’t need to worry or stress about dealing with many different vendors simultaneously – we’ll take care of all that for you! Most of our all-in-one packages also include coordination and planning; that way, the couple tells us what they want and need, and we will make it happen for them.
Wedding Coordination
Perfect for self-driven couples keen on planning their wedding, yet seeking professional expertise for meticulous details. Starting from your booking, we review wedding specifics, initiate timeline development, and provide templates and expert guidance. When the big day is just one month away, we take over final planning, confirming vendor details, and executing your vision flawlessly on your wedding day.
Wedding Design Consultant
This partial planning assistance can include anything to do with the planning process from consultations to emails, contract review, wedding etiquette, decor design suggestions, itinerary planning, vendor communication, pick ups or deliveries, or assistance with DIY projects.
Setup & Teardown
Booked as a 4 hour minimum for consecutive hours and requires 4 staff members to be on site to work together. Additional $40 per hour for late night tear down after 12AM $60/hr per staff
